Problem: Interpolate WRF data with OASIS

Hello everyone!

I have a problem when I try to run WRF with OASIS. I want to interpolate data on WRF grid to NEMO grid with Scripr. But the job was killed with the following message :

'MCT::m_SparseMatrixPlus:: FATAL--length of vector x different from column count of sMat.Length of x = 233109 Number of columns in sMat = 232140'.

The size of my WRF grid is 439*531, but the grid size for 'LANDMASK' and 'CPLMASK' is 438*530. Is my error caused by this difference in grid size?

I will appreciate if anyone can tell me how to resolve this problem.

Hi,

Yes the error comes from that. The domain defined by the sum of the partition decomposition must correspond to the size of the coupling field. If your mask has not the same size that your grid it is a problem.
