Namcouple for a nested domain

I am trying to launch WRF+NEMO+OASIS coupled model with a nested domain. Is there an example of how namcouple file should look like for NOW model with a nested domain ? I only found namcouple examples for one-domain model. Is it necessary to create a separate namcouple for a nested domain ?

Hello Daria,

I participated to the WRF-NEMO coupling interface implementation but I didn't use it recently.

However, after a quick look at the OASIS debug files, it seems that the coupling is not activated in your AGRIF zoom. In NEMO, coupling is activated via the namelist. I think I remember that AGRIF zoom has one or two separated namelist files called 1_namelist_cfg and 1_namelist_ref. Right ? In these namelists, coupling with atmosphere is activated via the namsbc/ln_cpl variable. Then, you have to select in &namsbc_cpl the coupling fields that are suitable for WRF. On the other hand, you have to be careful that WRF is configurated to exchange the coupling fields with both NEMO parent grid and the AGRIF zoom.
