Hi,

My aim is coupling ROMS and SWAN model. 

Therefore I have installed MCT (source onle) by ./configure FC=gfortran CC=gcc CPPFLAGS=-I/home//MCT LDFLAGS=-L/home//MCT_install --prefix==/home//MCT_install make install but after runnig coupled model by $ Mpirun –np 6 ./oceanG coupling_inlet_test.in> mpi.log this error aries: 
MCT::m_MCTWorld::clean_: deallocate(MCTW,...) error, stat =2 

Would you please tell me what cause this problem.
