What it does
Creates a symbolic link to the directories containing the angular quadrature data and the specral properties for any radiative simulation with PRISSMA. It also copies the main input file for prissma (dom_seq.choices for the sequential case and prissma.choices for the parallel code).
Usage
createdomcase [option]
By default, if no option value is entered, the files for the parallel code are copied. If option = 2.X the sequential code input files are copied.
Output
A symbolic link to the directories QUADRA/ and SPECTRAL/ and a copy of the main prissma input file.
