Scientific mediation on the theme “Climate: let’s talk about it” during the Fête de la Science in Toulouse
As part of the Fête de la Science 2022, which this year focused on adaptation to climate change and the levers of action to limit it, the Université Fédérale Toulouse Midi-Pyrénées (UFTMiP) organized a four-day program on the theme “Climate: are we talking about it? Christophe CASSOU, Director of Research at CECI (Cerfacs / CNRS), participated on October 13 in the round table “Climate change: understanding to act” at the Paul Sabatier Campus. This is one of the many scientific mediation activities that Christophe carries out in the framework of his missions as a CNRS researcher (training for elected officials and journalists, intervention in schools, universities, companies, etc.). Christophe has published three books: “Météo et climat : ce n’est pas la même chose” (Paris, Le Pommier 2013) in young people’s literature, “Parlons climat en 30 questions” (Paris, La documentation française, 2015) and an edition released this month of June 2022
