algotitle.sty package has to be included in the TeXfile

Remarks
For including the title, author and TR number use the commands
\ATtitle, \ATauthor and \ATnumber right after \author command
Update the algotitle.sty to match your image format (.eps, .png, .jpeg, etc.)
